Bangladesh, like many other developing and third-world nations, has a large population that is illiterate and unemployed. In terms of technical and formal education, a very small portion of the population in our nation is educated. Even the majority of supposedly educated persons have only advanced to the first stage and are only able to sign their names.
All of these people require
more training and skill development in order to get employment anywhere. The
Bangladesh Army is also not exempt from that setting. The SSC or an equivalent
is currently the minimal requirement for enlistment, but the majority of the
soldiers hired in the past were in class ten.
or below standards.
Therefore, people who are already retiring from the service or will do so soon
are typically class 10 or below standard. Furthermore, they lack technological
qualifications. Many of these people leave the service each year but are unable
to advance in their post-retirement careers.
Our society needs to appropriately address all of these civil servants and military personnel so that they can develop the necessary knowledge and skills for their future work, which will benefit their families, the community, and the entire country.
